It's been awhile since I have last posted. But I'm finally able now, It's been a crazy 2012 for me, while running a good time in February in the marathon which made my hope of running and having a successful year more the merrier, except shortly after I developed a stress reaction in my lower shin and was out for 2- 2.5 months just nursing it, and now am finally getting into some really good workouts, which are very encouraging for my upcoming races this fall, which will be only 2-3 races. My plan is a very fast marathon this fall, as I am prepping towards now, I would like to get under 2:18 and I feel I can on any given day. I'm also a father, and have really enjoyed the experience of having to run with the sweet baby jogger we have, many more miles to burn with that sweet ride. hope all is well and god bless, God Speed!

2011, the year that I achevied many of my goals, 2012 a year to go after it!!!!!

2011 was a successful year for me, in many aspects. I achieved many new Pr's including my 2:20:11 marathon pr. I got the privilege to race all over this past year and I'm very thankful for the chance to do that. I cannot say enough it would not have been possible without the great race directors, and the loyal sponsorships. I'm very grateful and I will only continue to improve and grow in the sport, I hope to not only run faster this upcoming year, but to run a personal best in all my race distances. The biggest distance I'd like to improve on is the 5k and see if I cannot get down to the low 14's and sub 29:45 in the 10k.

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a safe and healthy new year... For me I'm excited and Looking forward to the new adventures and challenges that our upon me in 2012.

God Bless,

Bryan

Racing and Training towards a U.S Olympic Marathon Trials Birth

Been a while since I have last posted, been really busy. I have been bugged with priformis syndrome since last october and I finally am getting it taken care of as it has lingered till this day. altough I have been able to race half way decent is great, but getting the hamstring/syndrome fixed is such a huge relief as I'm will be getting ready for one last shot at the 2012 us olympic marathon trials standard in philadelphia. I have been so fortunate to this point to have such a great crew of sponsors and family behind me, which have always been there for me! I feel I am in the best shape of my life now, and just getting the next few weeks out of the way is going to be such a great relief as I toe the starting line come nov 20th. Today was the first day in exactly one year and 43 days since I have been pain free, So it's time to not only get my time at philly, but to show everyone, family, friends, fans, sponsors I am a up and coming marathoner who can produce on race day!
This past weekend I finshed my 6th marathon this year, 11th all time in a hard morning training effort in 2:37 6min pace. The next day I woke up It was unbeliveable on how I felt, even though it was just a hard long run effort I did not have one ache in my body, as i quickly recovered and pounded out 5 x 2miles today(wed) at a great pace! Here I come Philly!!!!!!

Training,Racing,Camping......

Been awhile since i last updated here. I've been living the dream, running races all over the northeast, and just focusing on training, in which is all primed for a 2:19 fall marathon attempt. So, Training has been going amzing, getting in more mileage and some great speed workouts. I've been focused more on tempos and I must say I Will be ready for sub 2:19 when the time comes...

Really like traveling to races, and meeting people just like me and my fiancee, or in this case other runners trying to live the dream...very inspiring...

August-September Races

As August and September closes in and I get into much better shape, I will be racing every weekend except for two,in the next two months. I'm really looking forward to running in races I have did in the past and the new ones I will be doing. I look forward to setting new pr's this fall in every distance from the 5k-14:57 through the marathon of 2:20:11.

My training is now getting back on pace, after taking a few really easy weeks with some hamstring issues and doctor's visits, I feel i'm ready to start getting into sub 30 10k shape, 1:05 Half Marathon shape and sub 2:19 marathon shape.

Hope all is well and everyones enjoying there Running!

Run Always,
Bryan.
