This past weekend, I had the Privilege to Travel to a Beautiful Little and hidden town in CT name Litchfield for a 7.1 mile road race. I was using this race as a Last Tempo Style Workout before Grandma's Marathon this coming weekend, in which I felt amazing and ended up running 35:50 an average of 5:03 pace and finished overall 3rd out of 1,450 runners. The hospitality was amazing and I can see why this race is still going strong through 35 years. Great Race. Great Weekend. Overall Excellent Trip!
